Citrus Health Care’s preferred mail order pharmacy is One Source Pharmacy for all CitrusCaid and CitrusCare members. One Source Pharmacy should be used for diabetic supplies orders, chronic maintenance medications, and certain specialty prescriptions.

If your Citrus patients are interested in using One Source Pharmacy, simply fax your patients’ prescriptions to 813-712-8306 or call our MD Line at 813-490-8185. For all maintenance prescription orders, please advise your patient it will take an average of 3-5 business days to arrive. Only certain specialty medications will be processed and filled the next business day.

All prescription orders that are needed “STAT” (pain medication, antibiotics, etc.) should be filled at a local retail pharmacy such as Walgreens or CVS.

Medicaid members will receive a 30 day supply only – Can automatically be filled every month We encourage you to use e-prescribe or use our Free Prescription Pad “RX-FORM”. If you would like free copies for your office, please contact us.
